Whoever is driving — a newlywed, the best man — needs to be 25–70 with a full licence held two years, named at booking. The handover is calm and unhurried, even on a wedding morning.

Yes — that is rather the point. Any driver aged 25–70 who has held a full licence for two years can be named at booking. We take a DVLA check code at handover; it takes two minutes at gov.uk, best done before the big day.
