Client Entertainment — Norwich & Norfolk
The client day they will still be talking about in March.
Golf gets forgotten. Dinner gets forgotten. Handing someone the keys to a 540PS Audi R8 V10 Spyder for the day, roof down on the North Norfolk coast, does not. Self-drive, so your guest is the one at the wheel — booked in the company's name, confirmed in writing, all-inclusive.
£595 for the full day, all-inclusive — no payment taken now.
Why It Works
A Gesture With a Very Long Half-Life
Corporate hospitality is a crowded field, and most of it blurs together. A supercar is different because your client is not a spectator: they drive it. The story they tell afterwards is about the car, the road and the day — and about who arranged it. One car, kept in showroom condition, with the paperwork handled so the day feels effortless from your side too.
How a Client Day Works
Arranged Around Your Diary, Not Ours
Tell Us the Date and the Guest
Use the form with the date, where the day starts and who will be driving. We confirm availability the same day and can hold the date while you check with your client.
Paperwork, Quietly
The named driver's licence and DVLA check code are sorted before the day. Insurance, mileage and the refundable deposit are set out in plain language in your written confirmation.
Handover and Away
The R8 arrives detailed and photographed, or is collected from Norwich. A calm, unhurried handover — controls, roof, drive modes — and then the day is theirs.
Want it as part of a bigger day? Tell us the itinerary and your concierge will fit the car around lunch, the hotel or the venue.
Ideas That Land
Three Ways Companies Use the R8
None of this needs a large budget. One day rate, one car, and a bit of thought about who gets the keys.
The thank-you drive
A client who has just signed, renewed or referred. Deliver the car to their office on a Friday morning with a note, collect it Monday. The weekend escape rate covers Friday afternoon to Monday morning with 450 miles included.
The team reward
Two named drivers can share a day. Split it between the two people who carried a project, meet for lunch on the coast, swap keys, and drive back through the Broads.
The pitch that is not a pitch
A day out with a prospect where the car does the talking and nobody has to. Coast road out, long lunch, roof down home — and a photograph they will keep.
The Practical Bits
Corporate Questions, Answered Straight
Yes. Tell us the company and the person who will drive, and the written confirmation is made out to the business. The driver still has to be a named individual aged 25–70 with a full licence held two years, and we take their DVLA check code at handover — that is what the insurance is written around.
Two named drivers can share a hire, as long as each is named at booking and meets the same licence conditions. Swapping at the wheel is part of the fun of a client day; we just need to know in advance who is on the paperwork.
Either. We are based in central Norwich, so collection from us is simple, or the R8 is delivered — detailed, with a photographed condition report — to your office, a hotel or the venue where the day begins. Delivery is quoted by distance and stated in the confirmation.
